A Comparative Study of the Usufruct Will

ABSTRACT
This paper, which is entitled: “A comparative study of the Usufruct Will”, discusses the definition of Will, its types, and the usage of objects. In addition to the Afghan Civil Law; the Egyptian Will Law, the Kuwaiti Personal Status Law, the Iranian Civil Law, and several websites are cited in this paper. Types of Will, types of procedures of Will, parts of Will, the introduction of Usufruct Will, terms and conditions of Usufruct Will, prohibition of Usufruct by heirs, duration of Usufruct Will, and cease the Usufruct Will are subtitles of the paper. Articles and clauses of the laws, mentioned above, are widely compared and analyzed and the defects of Afghan Civil Law are highlighted.
