په فقهي مذهبونو کې د تقنین څرنګوالی (دفاعيه غونډه)

د افغانستان د علومو اکاډمي د اسلامي علومو د معاونيت علمي غړي څېړنوال دکتور مؤمن حليمي تر پورته سرليک لاندې علمي- څېړنيزې پروژې څخه دفاع وکړه.

نوموړي په دې پروژه کې په لاندې مسايلو بحث وکړ:

- د فقهي مذهبونو او تقنين پېژندنه

- د تقنین مشروعیت په فقهي مذهبونو کې

- په سني مذهبونو کی د تقنین څرنګوالی

- په شیعه مذهبونو کې د تقنین څرنګوالی

تر دې وروسته ښاغلي حليمي د پوهانو او څېړونکو پوښتنو ته ځوابونه هم وويل چې په دې سره د دفاع د کمیسیون له خوا د نوموړي دفاع مثبته وارزوله.
