به اساس پیشنهاد شماره( ۶۴۳) مورخ ۲۵/۱۱/۱۴۴۳ مرکز بین المللی تحقیقات کوشانی وحکم(۲۹/۳/۱۴۰۱) مقام اکادمی علوم معاون سرمحقق فریدالله نوری به حیث امر موزیم تحقیقاتی اتنوگرافی تعیین بست گردید وبه کار خویش اغاز نمود.
