بر اساس در خواست ریاست محترم روابط فرهنگی وزارت امور خارجه، مبنی بر تقاضای سفارت افغانستان مقیم تهران، در زمینه ایجاد اتاق فرهنگ و تمدن افغانستان در آن کشور و غنامندی بیشتر اتاق متذکره به آثار تحقیقی- پژوهشی اکادمی علوم اظهار نیازمندی نموده بود که در خصوص موضوع کتب دایرة المعارف و بیشتر از ده ها جلد آثار تحقیقی دیگر جمع آوری و به نماینده سفارت افغانستان مقیم تهران رسماً تحویل گردید.
