The USA's positions, responses, and strategic alliances in the international arena have far-reaching implications for other countries. In this context, the study of the USA's strategic partnership with India and their foreign policies and strategic partnership implications for Afghanistan is one of the critical scientific-research topics.
A Comparative Study of Russian and US Foreign Policy towards Central Asia and Its Impact on Afghanistan (1991-2019)

S economic, political and social ties and its impact on Afghanistan and the Region. Significance: The United States has good and close relations with Pakistan than any other country in the region; Afghanistan is in the neighborhood of Pakistan and Pakistan’s Policies directly effect on Afghanistan and in addition to that Pakistan – U.S ties also have an impact on Afghanistan, so analyzing these relations and clarifying their impacts on Afghanistan showing the importance of this research.
Study and Comparison of Greek-Bactrian Coins with Kushanian Coins
Duration of implementation: 27/6/1398- 27/6/1404= (Sep 2019- Sep 2025) The project has a table of contents, introduction, six chapters, the first chapter (review of the subject background), the second chapter (review of coins of the Greek-Bactrian period), the third chapter (review coins of the Kushan period), the fourth chapter (the role of godhead in coins of Greek-Bactrian Chapter 5 (The role of godhead and importance of many religions in Kushan coins), Chapter 6 (Comparison coins of Kushan period with the Greek-Bactrian), results, suggestions and references.
Morphology of Gawari Language
Researcher: Scientific Member of Institute of Languages and Literature of Brothers of the Languages and Literature Center, Assistant Professor Sharifullah Sanin Duration (Project start and end date): This scientific-research project will be completed from 30 / 7 / 2020 to 30 / 7 / 2025. The purpose and significance of this scientific-research project is evident in its value and importance, because Gawari language is one of the ancient and historical languages of our country which has thousands of speakers in Afghanistan as well as in Pakhtunkhwa. That the grammar of every language is a very basic part of that language and plays a major role in the development and enrichment of a language, so the purpose of this project is this to on one hand complete the second part of the grammar (morphology) of Gawari language and on the other hand will be a great service for the benefit of the speakers and other researchers of this language. So the significance is that so little work has been done on the grammar of this language which is not enough for this language and since morphology is a base for a language, due to its value, no special work has been done in Gawari language under this title, so this scientific-research project under this particular title is more necessary and urgent to be carried out, which is fortunately under working.

The role of the media in increasing and decreasing crime in Afghanistan
In the present era, the unprecedentedly emergence of media and development of internet have changed the world into a global village. Especially during the last two decades in Afghanistan, the emergence of devices for public communication including media outlets and freedom of expression associated with numerous achievements, also paved the way to open doors in front of crimes. The necessity was felt to recognize media crimes through media related laws. Some articles are evident in Mass Media Law and the Afghan Penal Code that have imposed punishments for media.

If according to culture philosophy research about Kushan period, it shows that the basic culture of Kushan period related to Handuism, Budhism and Greek religion. So research and study of this subject is one of the historic and cultural necessity of our country.
